When you visit the website, technical information is automatically collected: IP address, time and duration of visit, browser type, referring page, and server/error logs. This data is used to operate and secure the website and is not linked to other personal data.

3. Data security
3.1 SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the change in the browser address bar from "http://" to "https://" and the padlock icon in your browser. When encryption is active, data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
4. NewsletterPending review
4.1 Newsletter sign-up and delivery
When you sign up for our newsletter, we use the data you provide (email address, name where given) to send you our newsletter regularly on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by emailing contact@novemcore.com. Upon unsubscribing, we will delete your email address from the mailing list.
4.2 Brevo (newsletter service provider)Pending review
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France) to manage and send our newsletter. Brevo enables subscriber management and analysis of open and click rates. Data you enter when subscribing is stored on Brevo's servers.

5. Contact requests
5.1 Contact form and email
When you contact us via contact form or email, your details including the contact information provided are stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and possible follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in effectively processing enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is deleted once the purpose for storage ceases to apply, subject to any applicable statutory retention obligations.
6. Booking appointmentsPending review

For booking PULSE Scan appointments, we use the booking link service provided by HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA). When you complete a booking, the data you enter (name, email address, requested appointment time) is transmitted to and processed by HubSpot.

9. Job applications
When you apply to Novemcore, we store and process the data you provide solely for the purpose of evaluating and processing your application. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If your application is successful, your data will continue to be processed for employment purposes. If your application is unsuccessful, your data will ordinarily be deleted no later than 180 days after the conclusion of the application process, unless you have expressly consented to longer retention. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@novemcore.com.
